The Division of Energy & Innovation is pleased to welcome Jesus Monroy Torres to the Office of Technology Transfer and Innovation (OTTI) as Financial and Compliance Analyst II.
In his new role, Monroy Torres will be responsible for a range of financial and compliance activities. On the compliance side, he will develop and apply methods to ensure licensees are meeting their license agreement obligations, among other duties. He will also serve as a liaison between OTTI and the Division business office to help enhance operational efficiencies.
Jesus brings a strong background in financial analysis and compliance, holding a BS in Accounting from the . He joins us from UT Health Houston, where he served as a financial analyst for nine years.

Monroy Torres will report directly to Mike Harold, AVP of IP and Industrial Engagement, and is poised to play a vital role in supporting OTTI鈥檚 financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
