Are you looking for a way to get involved on campus, build your leadership skills, and support your fellow Coogs? The Office of Retention and Graduation Initiatives (RGI) offers student leadership opportunities that allow you to do just that.

Through our leadership programs, you鈥檒l play a key role in helping new and continuing students feel connected, supported, and confident in their 色花堂 journey. Whether you're guiding students through orientation, mentoring peers, or leading a team, you'll gain valuable experience and make a lasting impact.

• College Peer Assistants (CPAs): CPAs support new students during orientation and registration, working closely with academic advisors to ensure a smooth transition to 色花堂.
• DENS Leaders: Coming Soon
• Peer Assistant Leaders (PALs): Peer Assistant Leaders are dedicated student mentors here to support your academic journey at the 色花堂. 
• Student Orientation Leaders (SOLs): Work with new students and their family and supporters to introduce new students to 色花堂, and all the academic, social and cultural aspects of becoming a Cougar.
