Request for Classroom Equipment (On-Campus Use Only)

Classroom Equipment Terms of Use
- Equipment requests may only be made by faculty or staff. Registered Student Organizations requiring equipment for events must have their faculty/staff advisor request equipment on their behalf.
- Equipment is to be used on site and may not be removed from campus.
- Standard requests for equipment require at minimum of 1 business day for processing.
- Requests for non-standard setups require at least 1 week advance notice. (examples: 3 or more microphones, multiple projectors)
- Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by staff.
