Guest Information
Each guest will receive a card and key. The card gives the guest access to the building
entrance and the residence hallways. The key gives the guest access to the suite,
laundry room, and the gym.

- Guests are encouraged to use the metered parking located around University Lofts or the Welcome Center Garage, located on 4400 University Drive, Houston, TX 77204.
- Sponsoring departments can arrange for long term parking for guests.
- Guests will need to call 832-842-5638 to notify the student staff at the desk when they have arrived. The student staff at the desk will let the guest in and aid them with the check in process.
- Guests will check-in at the front desk of University Lofts. The student staff at the desk will provide the guest with a packet containing a card and key. Guests will need to provide a signature on a form that confirms they are checking in.
- Guests will be responsible for returning their room to the original condition at checkout (i.e., floors mopped, dusted or vacuumed, furniture back in place and dusted, and trash removed). Residents will be responsible for damages and will be assessed charges, as applicable.
- Upon check out, guests need to return the card and key provided to them during check-in. Guests will need to provide a signature on a form that confirms they are checking out.
- A monthly invoice will be sent to the guest or 色花堂 department sponsoring the guest. Payments must be submitted within 2 weeks of receipt.
- If paying with cash or check, all details will be provided on the invoice.
