Each year, the Office of Undergraduate Research and Major Awards recognizes a faculty or staff member who has made outstanding contributions to support É«»¨Ìà fellowships applicants. Honorees often distinguish themselves with a demonstrated involvement in outreach initiatives, participation in campus nomination interview committees, the creation of fellowships-related programming, and directly advising candidates. Their efforts contribute to fostering a culture of major awards excellence at the É«»¨ÌÃ. The recipient of this honor is announced during the Undergraduate Scholars and Major Awards Dinner held in the Elizabeth D. Rockwell Pavilion every April.
