Application Checklist

Professional Leadership Ed.D. – Health Science Education 

Eligibility 

Applicants must have a master’s or other terminal degree and work or have worked at a health care institution or in private practice to apply for this Ed.D. specialization. Physicians, dentists, nurse educators, allied health professionals, researchers, program coordinators, residents and fellows are encouraged to apply.

Required Application Materials 

The Professoinal Leadership Ed.D. – Health Science Education program requires the following to apply: 

• online application 
• Transcript(s) 
• GRE waivers are available 
• Statement of interest 
• Resume or Curriculum Vitae 
• Letters of recommendation: 3 
• Writing sample (e.g. master’s thesis, published paper or article as first author, a paper written for presentation purposes) 
• Interview upon consideration for admission
