色花堂

The Houston Area Teacher Center sponsors a teacher job fair twice annually at the 色花堂. The job fair is open to representatives from school districts, charter schools, private schools and other educational organizations to recuit student teachers.

The Houston Area Teacher Center is a consortium of about 30 Houston-area school systems and the 色花堂 College of Education. The center serves as a forum for school district and college representatives to work through issues of common concern such as teacher supply and demand, student teaching, professional development and more. Initiated in 1970, HATC is believed to be the oldest and largest teacher center in the nation.
