In its sixth year as a campus-wide tradition, the É«»¨ÌàWeeks of Welcome (É«»¨ÌàWOW) initiative helps promote and inform the É«»¨Ìàcommunity about the multitude of events that take place during the first two weeks of the fall semester. By providing information about events/programs, the É«»¨ÌàWeeks of Welcome Committee can assist you and/or your department in promoting your event/program through É«»¨ÌàWeeks of Welcome website and the É«»¨ÌàRedline app for iPhone and Android phones.

If you have an event taking place between August 17th through September 3rd, and is open to all É«»¨Ìàstudents, this is a great place to advertise for FREE!

Please submit your event information to be featured on the , which will be available to all students (the current site shows the signature event listing for 2017, as well as last year’s event calendar) and for download on iPhone and Android phones via the É«»¨ÌàRedline app. Your event can be submitted online no later than Friday, July 21, 2017, in preparation for the 2017 É«»¨ÌàWOW calendar full event launch on Monday, August 1, 2017.
