Their diligent work in filling vacancies, and overseeing the annual elections, they help maintain a balanced and inclusive structure, ensuring that every voice has the potential to be heard and that the staff’s collective interests are well-represented. Moreover, the committee’s oversight of the annual staff council elections is vital for a transparent and accountable election process.
